My background is in corporate life. I have been a plc Board
Director and for fifteen years worked in the entertainment
and service sector in the UK and internationally. During the
last ten years I have worked as a freelance business consultant
and qualified as a psychosynthesis counsellor. I bring a broad
understanding of the psychology of organisations and how this
can be used to affect positive personal and organisational

I work as a trainer, coach, facilitator and mentor. My background
is music and the arts, where I worked as a practitioner and
a Personal Development Trainer. My experience embraces both
commercial and not-for-profit sectors and my approach is to
design programmes that focus on how individuals become powerful
and effective teams. |
Karen
Elizabeth
Lee B.A. M.A. (Clinical Psychology)
Ms. Lee is an independent management development consultant,
a psychologist, a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management,
and a tutor on the Psychology of Management Certificate Programme
through the CIPD. Karen has designed and delivered Organisational
and Interpersonal Skills in Management programmes aimed at
senior and middle managers and executives from organisations
in England and abroad. She has also been a sessional instructor
for the full-time MBA programme, the Executive MBA programme,
and the M.Sc. Project Management programme as well as Cranfield¹s
in-company programmes. She has worked with global banks, car
manufacturers, law firms, insurance companies, government
departments, global IT firms and manufacturing as well as
not for profit organisations and the education sector. She
has worked in Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Lebanon,
Italy, Germany, the Czech Republic, France, Scotland, Wales,
Canada and the United States, and has contributed to a variety
of publications
in her specialist field.
