An Introductory Workshop leading to a series of 6 ongoing evening workshops covering in greater depth areas such as Work Life balance, Going Deeper in Meditation and Planning for the Future.

Wendy Le Ber (Padmayogini), is a very experienced workshop leader, who has worked in both the personal and corporate sectors, developing programmes for "Capacity Building". Her years as a spiritual mentor have given her insight into the way people approach developing personal; awareness and insight. It has shown her how this insight can transform both individuals and groups for the better. She is a gifted and visionary meditation teacher and both wisdom and compassion underpin Wendy's approach to working with people. She is ordained as a Buddhist (Buddhist name Padmayogini) and has over 16 years practice in this spiritual tradition which combines the twin pillars of wisdom and compassion.

Her creative practice brings openness to ideas and inspiration that has resulted in new and unique ways to approach learning. Wendy is committed to helping people achieve their own unique skills and capacity in a way that is beneficial to themselves and others.

Ian Holder, the Managing Director of 3C Partners Limited, an organisational consultancy, business and executive coaching, and counselling practice. He is a practiced meditator and over the last twenty years has developed within a number of disciplines that contribute to his work in Mindfulness Coaching. He is an experienced workshop facilitator and contributes to a number of Business School Leadership Development programmes.

He has worked internationally over the last twenty-five years in a variety of roles, from Non Executive Director to public company Finance Director and from Managing Director to Executive Film Producer; always working towards people realising their full potential ensuring that there are clear objectives to be implemented.
