Our approach is influenced by the organisational methodologies that develop self-management and make organisations more effective in complex networks.

We consider the core values, assumptions, interpretations and approaches that characterise our client’s business, the market within which it operates, and how it engages with stakeholders and the environment as a whole.

In assessing an organisation's situation we recognise the importance of leader's capability to implement change and resolve the cultural barriers to change.

Having assessed the whole system/network and where change needs to occur; we design pragmatic interventions (using our decades of experience and a diverse set of tools including constellations, appreciative inquiry, individual coaching, breakthrough workshops, world cafe and 360 degree feedback) to correct issues, amplify what is already working and support our clients to maintain ownership.  Longer-term, we continue to be available as a resource to support our clients through its ongoing evolution.
