Ian’s work at 3C Partners takes coaching, counselling and consulting into the workplace with an emphasis on change management, cross-border dialogue, business development and team building.
As Non-Executive Deputy Chair of CNWL NHS Foundation Trust, a position lasting 10 years, Ian chaired its Health Law Group, Informatics and Investment Committees as well as its Audit Committee and its Business and Finance Committee. He also chaired £170 million of acquisitions for the NHS, utilising his experience of acquisitions and mergers in the commercial sector as Finance Director of Chez Gerrard plc, Managing Director of Castle Communications gmbh and Group Finance Director of Castle Communications plc.
He has extensive experience as a Director and board member of publicly quoted multinational companies, as an Executive Coach and a mentor to help organisations and individuals address their development needs.
In his spare time he enjoys attending classical music concerts, theatre and travelling.
David has over 25 years’ experience of facilitating positive change in organisations. He also coaches leaders and change agents. He specialises in the complex human elements required to build commitment for change. David’s background in Gestalt and his systemic approach help to illuminate, and create a safe space to address what is really happening.
David has experience of working with many types of organisations, including: Novartis Animal Health, GSK, Roche, West Pharmaceuticals, SAF Biosciences, Council of Europe, Southern Railway, Brunel University, Southampton Solent University, Open University, United Business Media, Swiss Re, EON, SMR, BMG labtech and Apple.
Recently appointed Partner, Kilian brings 6 years’ experience in brand consulting, digital technology and operations management, a further 2 in quantitative finance and a Cranfield MBA specialising in strategic performance measurement and management. A critical and creative thinker, Kilian combines an understanding of business, technology, analytics and soft-skills which are key to creating new mind-sets for future business development and success. He is also a keen student of depth psychology and spends his leisure time sailing, skiing or trying to get past the “basic eight” in tango.

Anna was head of IP at Roiter Zucker, solicitors globally recognised for IP work, and was herself recognised by Chambers and Legal 500. Anna was particularly known for large scale patent litigation against big pharma – her clients included ambitious start-ups and generic companies who challenged big pharma, and governments and generally won. Anna also worked with companies from North America to China on their business development. She will advise, mentor, team build and as an entrepreneur herself, she understands business and international business cultures.
